Takeaways

This project taught me how to self produce myself, as we do not have a producer on this project and my partner and I had to come up with tasks and use a burndown chart to ensure that we could meet important deadlines like Vertical Slice, Alpha, and Beta. It also taught me to be very mindful of scope, as meeting every deadline was very important, and new features could not be added beyond Alpha. I also learned how to effectively collaborate with people who were not familiar with the project, as our audio and music was done by students from Berklee and conveying to them our vision while ensuring they had the creative freedom to create the best music they could was key.
